Lorne Martinuik, through his own solicitation, approached us late July to help us find a home of our liking. He took us on a tour and we did find our house. We put an offer on the house and after some price and date adjustments, we bought it.

At that point we tried to sell our home ourselves. As time passed, Lorne convinced us that to stay within the time frame we had allotted ourselves, we should list with an agent for all the advantages of exposure and a quicker sale.

Again we chose Lorne after being approached by many agents. Our house was listed and we received two offers within 2 1/2 weeks and sold it for a good price. All subjects were removed and we arranged the dates so they coincided with our moving dates. That’s performance.

I would like to recommend our Remax Realtor, Lorne Martinuik, to anyone who wants to sell their house. Lorne came to our attention when we saw what a professional job he did of selling our daughter’s house last year. Once we listed the house he made sure leaflets were sent to all of the homes in the area as well as doing all of the other things necessary to provide maximum exposure. He also provide us with helpful stagers to make sure our house was de-cluttered and ready for viewing.
